Recently, the mid-term review meeting for the national key R&D program, "Earth Observation and Navigation" key special project, "Componentized Flexible Integrated Navigation and Control Key Technology and Application Verification" project mid-term review meeting was successfully held in Beijing on July 18, 2024.
The meeting was conducted in a combination of online and offline manner. Hong Xu, Director of the "Earth Observation and Navigation" Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a speech. She introduced the requirements for the mid-term review and announced the list of the expert group members. The responsible expert Bofeng Li, Professor of Tongji University, was invited as the leader of the expert group. The members of the expert group included: Professor Chuang Shi of Beihang University, Researcher Dun Wang of China Academy of Space Technology, Researcher Yanbo Zhu of Civil Aviation Data Communication Co., Ltd., Professor Tianhe Xu of Shandong University, and Professor Chao Xu of Zhejiang University.
Professor Jianghui Geng, the project leader, reported the mid-term progress and completion status of the project. Subsequently, the expert group members watched and verified the demonstration of the project's results. They questioned the project's completion status, affirmed the progress and interim achievements, and pointed out the shortcomings or delays in the current project implementation. They also provided guidance and suggestions for the subsequent work content and schedule of the project. Finally, the expert group members filled out their individual evaluations and discussed to form a consensus on the expert group's opinion. The project's mid-term review achieved the expected goals, and the meeting concluded successfully.
