Professor Jianghui Geng returned to visit the University of Nottingham on March 12th 2018 to give a special seminar entitled “GNSS precise point positioning: how long is the way before we can change the game?”. In this talk, rapid PPP ambiguity resolution was discussed in the context of multi-constellation and multi-frequency GNSS data and the latest developments in this field were presented and future perspectives envisioned. The seminar was well attended by various staff from NGI, many of whom worked with Professor Geng. The seminar induced some highly detailed and interesting discussion amongst colleagues.
